Here is a striking perennial combination with lemon-yellow Hemerocallis from Kilmalu Gardens on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Magenta Teucrium hyrcanicum grows in the foreground with Sedum and lavender- pink Liatris in the background. The yellow day lily is "Lemon Madelaine" and grows to 44 inches in height. Kilmalu is an official display garden of the American Hemerocallis Society.
